Our Ethos
We left cities and cubicles to come home — to the lush green valleys of Cumbum, cradled between the Western Ghats and the Meghamalai hills. Here the mist arrives at dawn, the palms whisper in the breeze, and the earth still remembers what real food tastes like.
Every product we send out is a small rebellion against polished, packaged, plastic-wrapped nutrition.
Every grain comes from our own soil in the Cumbum valley — never a middleman warehouse.
Heirloom native varieties, hand-pounded, sun-dried and wood-pressed the way our grandparents did.
No refining, no polish, no additives. What leaves the farm is what reaches your kitchen.
